Carbon (C): ≤ 0.30%. For every 0.01% decrease in carbon content, the manganese content can increase by 0.05% on the basis of 1.06%, with a maximum not exceeding 1.35%
Silicon (Si): ≥ 0.10%, refining grain size to enhance tissue stability
Manganese (Mn): 0.29% to 1.06%, balanced strengthening strength and plasticity
Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.025%, strictly control impurities to reduce low-temperature brittleness
Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.025%, strictly control harmful elements to enhance toughness
Nickel (Ni): ≤ 0.40%, trace addition enhances low-temperature brittle fracture resistance

Tensile strength: ≥ 415MPa, actual products usually reach 450-550MPa
Yield strength: ≥ 240MPa, with measured average values mostly in the range of 270~300MPa
Elongation rate: Longitudinal ≥ 30%, transverse ≥ 16.5%, actual testing generally ranges from 35% to 40%
Low temperature impact toughness: The Charpy V-notch impact energy at -45 ℃ is ≥ 18J, and high-quality products have been tested to reach over 40J
Hardness: usually ≤ 200HB, suitable for processing and use requirements under low temperature conditions
This material needs to undergo 900~930 ℃ normalizing heat treatment for delivery, designed specifically for low temperature conditions of -45 ℃, and widely used in LNG transportation, petrochemical low-temperature process pipelines, and other scenarios.
